Been using this paddle in the surf. Super light and easy to snap into a quick cadence when paddling for a wave. Seems plenty durable so far and the texture on the shaft definitely helps you hang onto it when rolling around in the soup. The shape of the handle isn’t my favorite compared to others I have that are more flat and broad, but it’s fine now that I’ve become used to it and probably easier to hold one handed if you’re trying to tuck into a barrel.
